You just have to ask.

Have you ever gone to the store and forgot what you went for. You remembered one or two things you needed but just could not remember what one of the items was? Next time ask Jesus to help you remember, ask Him to remind you. You may be amazed!

There was a time years ago when I was a lay preacher. I was new, when I got a call from a parishoner telling me that their daughter had given birth to triplets and it was touch and go for their survival. I asked where they were and was told The Childrens Hospital in Kansas City.

I jumped in the car and drove the distance from the southeast corner of Kansas to the north end before I realized I had no idea where the Childrens Hospital was.
I prayed to God and asked him to show me. I asked Him to guide me and that I would follow. Soon I felt pulled in a variety of directions. Left, right, straight for 3 blocks. I turned each time I felt God leading me and trusted what I felt was from God.

After a bit, I thought that maybe I should stop and ask at a gas station for directions. (I began to wonder if I was not hearing God) So I stopped and asked the attendant for directions. He pointed down the street in the direction I was going and said "Two blocks down the road."

God is never too busy to help us. You just need to ask.
